Position Description:
The Senior IT Support & Infrastructure role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure and support systems. This includes overseeing ticket resolution, project delivery, access management, security operations, and infrastructure audits. The candidate will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that all technical support and infrastructure projects align with the company's operational goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
