Role Description

Job Summary:

The IT Software Engineer will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of SaaS applications, primarily MS365. They will leverage Power Platform, PowerShell, SharePoint to build or enhance business automations.

Primary/Essential Duties And Key Responsibilities

• Development of business automation mainly on MS365 technology.
• Administer and configure SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and systems.
• Conduct business process analysis and reengineering to improve workflow efficiency.
• Lead projects related to the integration and implementation of SaaS solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS application administration and data analytics.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MS365 solution development.
• Expertise in Power Platform, SharePoint, PowerShell.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.
