Sr. IT Executive

Overview

We are seeking a professional and dynamic problem solver in the field of IT Executive (Hardware)

resources. This position demands suitable personnel to manage and carry out the roles and responsibilities independently.

 Responsibilities

• Responding to client/employees support requests.
• Connecting via a remote link.
• Recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
• Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
• Completing job reports and ordering supplies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
