Overview
Key Responsibilities:
1.Oversee and maintain the company's IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
2.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
3.Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
4.Administer and manage employee accounts, email IDs, and system credentials.
5.Monitor and maintain active directory/group policy settings.
6.Handle user provisioning, deactivation, and access control.
7.Manage software and hardware updates, patches, and upgrades.
8.Ensure timely backup of critical data and system recovery processes.
9.Oversee the deployment of new IT tools and solutions.
10.Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT equipment procurement and service.
11.Manage IT contracts and service agreements.
12.Provide technical support and training to employees on IT systems and tools.
13.Act as the point of contact for all IT-related concerns.
14.Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets, processes, and workflows.
15.Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and practices.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
