Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader - Full Stack Developer with expertise in PHP Laravel and a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting scalable applications, and ensuring high-quality code standards. This role requires hands-on development expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities to drive projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, ensuring best coding practices and efficient project execution.
• Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP Laravel and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-performance applications.
• Design and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) for scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless API integration using RESTful and postman.
• Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, and ensure high performance across platforms.
• Implement best DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies (AWS, Github).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions for project improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP Laravel and experience with other back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and project planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
