Designation: Team Lead (Fullstack Developer)
Experience: 5- 8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and tools.
Familiarity with TypeScript.
Location : Vadodara

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, with a passion for building scalable and efficient web applications and importantly he/she should be leading the team of 15-20 developers and supporting them.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, with a passion for building scalable and efficient web applications, visits the customer and freeze architecture need basis.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend: Strong knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, .Net
• Databases: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• APIs: Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE HANDLED:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Create and manage APIs and backend services to support frontend functionality.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
