Position: Sr. Fullstack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Senior Fullstack Developer with strong experience in both backend and frontend technologies, including Java, ReactJS, and .Net. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions across the full technology stack. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions using ReactJS, Java, and .Net technologies.
• Work with product managers and architects to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable software.
• Lead development efforts, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance.
• Develop and optimize APIs and web services for data exchange between the front-end and back-end.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, product managers) to build user-centric solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the team follows industry standards and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-9 years of experience in fullstack development, with hands-on expertise in Java, ReactJS, and .Net.
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
• Proficient in building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend technologies like Java and .Net.
• Experience with ReactJS for building dynamic, high-performance front-end applications.
• Expertise in database management systems such as SQL, NoSQL, and designing efficient data models.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a focus on quality and timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in working with Scrum teams.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,280,000.00 per year
