Sr. Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead the development of our AI-driven, high-performance applications. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration and scalable architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience in modern frontend frameworks, backend microservices, real-time AI interactions, and secure API architectures. This role involves leading a team and collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to develop the product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and implement the full stack architecture for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

· Lead the development and optimization of frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js (optional), and state management tools like Redux Toolkit and Zustand.

· Develop and maintain backend microservices using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and Node.js (Express).

· Optimize AI-driven UI components with multimodal support (text, image, video, and audio).

· Design and manage scalable API communication using REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSockets.

· Ensure secure authentication and authorization using Firebase Auth, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.

· Lead database management using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases like Pinecone and FAISS.

· Implement performance optimizations, including caching with Redis, lazy loading, and SSR.

· Manage DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, Vercel, and GitHub Actions.

· Collaborate with backend, AI, and DevOps teams to optimize workflows and ensure high availability.

· Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1) compliance and implement automated testing (Jest, Cypress).

Required Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development.

· Expertise in frontend frameworks: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js (optional).

· Strong backend development experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask) and Node.js (Express).

· Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, gRPC).

· Proficiency in UI/UX development using Material UI (MUI), Tailwind CSS, and Ant Design.

· Strong understanding of authentication and security best practices.

· Experience with cloud storage solutions like Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage.

· Knowledge of AI-assisted UI components and interactive AI workflows.

· Familiarity with DevOps tools, including Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

· Experience in handling performance optimizations such as AI caching, load balancing, and distributed AI processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in PWA development using Workbox.

· Background in mobile development with React Native.

· Familiarity with AI-powered UI components and multimodal input handling.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide development teams.
