About The Role

At Noesis.tech, we are looking for a talented Full Stack Web Developer with strong PHP development experience (mandatory) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data interchange between the server and users, ensuring robust server-side logic, maintaining databases, and optimizing performance for seamless user experience.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are comfortable working with core PHP and PHP customizations alongside popular frameworks and CMS platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress, CodeIgniter, and Shopify

Responsibilities

Develop and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

* Build reusable, scalable code and libraries for long-term use.

* Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

* Implement security measures and data protection strategies.

* Design and manage efficient data storage solutions.

* Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins, as well as WooCommerce customizations.

* Manage hosting environments, database administration, and application scaling.

* Perform data migration, transformation, and scripting.

* Set up and administer backups to ensure data integrity.

* Work on core PHP development and implement custom PHP solutions as per project needs.

* Utilize version control tools such as Git for efficient collaboration.

* Ensure compliance with OWASP security standards and best practices for secure web development.

What You Need for This Position

* Mandatory experience in PHP development with a willingness to work on core PHP and custom PHP solutions.

* Strong understanding of WooCommerce, WordPress, CodeIgniter, and Shopify.

* Proficiency in back-end programming with PHP (mandatory), and additional experience in Node.js, Ruby, or Python is a plus.

* Strong front-end development skills in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

* Expertise in building custom WordPress themes and plugins.

* Understanding of accessibility and security compliance standards.

* Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into cohesive systems.

* Experience with authentication and authorization processes across multiple platforms.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex data flows.

* Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate in a cross-functional development environment.
