Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer who’s technically proficient and capable of confidently navigating and executing technical projects across both frontend and backend technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of Android app development (native preferred), with experience in iOS applications, and strong command over modern web application development. Flawless communication skills are mandatory, as this role involves regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable Android applications (Kotlin/Java – Native preferred)

- Provide support for iOS apps when required (basic to intermediate knowledge of Swift required).

- Develop and integrate modern frontend interfaces (React.js/Next.js preferred).

- Build efficient and secure backend services (Node.js, Express, or Python/Django).

- Manage API integrations, databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Participate in technical decision-making and client discussions, ensuring clarity and effective communication (super important).

- Ensure thorough understanding of both backend and frontend requirements to make informed decisions (super important).

- Collaborate seamlessly with other teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You Bring:

- 3–4 years of proven experience building mobile and web applications

- Strong hands-on with Android (Kotlin/Java); knowledge of Swift (basic to intermediate level) and ability to build iOS apps as needed

- Excellent command of modern frontend frameworks like React.js, Next.js

- Expertise in backend systems – Node.js (preferred), or Django/FastAPI

- Proficient in RESTful APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

- Proficient in system design and architecture with the ability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems (preferred)

- Knowledge of cross-platform tools like Flutter or React Native (Bonus)

- Flawless communication skills for clear technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead tech discussions with confidence.

Additional Information:

Please note that for the aforementioned role, a dedicated portfolio of end to end personal or work projects is necessaryand it is a mandatory requirement to showcase the same in the interview itself.
