Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, test, debug, and maintain test scripts and test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Utilize tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and other relevant testing tools for automation.
• Perform regression testing, performance testing, and stress testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills : (Must Have)

• Experience with manual testing and automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, etc.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar for writing test scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications: (Good to Have)

• Experience with API automation using tools like Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of behavioral-driven development (BDD) and Gherkin language.
• Familiarity with performance testing and stress testing methodologies.
