Position: Senior .NET Developer

Location: Ahmedabad (Work at Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and mentorship.

• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations of team members.

• Collaborate with senior management to define project priorities and resource allocation solutions.

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of technical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects.

• Present technical solutions and project updates to senior management.

• Implement best practices in software development and engineering processes.

• Encourage the adoption of agile methodologies and tools to enhance team productivity.

Qualification Skills:

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
