Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Terraform, AWS & Azure)

Job Summary:
UGI is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Terraform to manage infrastructure as code on AWS and Azure. The candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, automation, CI/CD, and fundamental DevOps principles. The role requires hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Terraform Infrastructure Management:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Terraform scripts for infrastructure automation.
- Implement modular and reusable Terraform configurations.
- Manage Terraform state files securely using remote backends (S3, Azure Blob Storage, Terraform Cloud).
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS & Azure):
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud resources on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation).
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud resources on Azure (VMs, Storage, Azure Functions, AKS, RBAC, ARM templates).
- Optimize cloud environments for cost efficiency, security, and scalability.
- CI/CD & Automation:
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS Code Pipeline.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Integrate Terraform with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
- Monitoring, Security & Logging:
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, security groups, and compliance frameworks.
- Set up monitoring and logging solutions using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, ELK Stack.
- Ensure system reliability, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- DevOps Best Practices & Collaboration:
- Follow Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for reproducible infrastructure.
- Work closely with development and security teams to ensure smooth deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Proficiency with AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, Lambda, VPC, ECS, EKS).
- Proficiency with Azure (Azure Functions, Virtual Machines, Azure DevOps, AKS, ARM Templates).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
- Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows system administration.
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
- Experience with Cloud Security and Compliance (IAM, RBAC, encryption, least privilege access controls, logging, and monitoring).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for configuration management.
- Knowledge of multi-cloud deployments (AWS & Azure hybrid environments).
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and security frameworks.
- Experience with Terraform
- Familiarity with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
