Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps practices, automation, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployments, and improving system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes in Azure.
• Create and maintain Helm charts for application deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deployments for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to implement best practices in security, scalability, and availability.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve observability with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Strong expertise in Python for scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
• Strong knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and containerized environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps-related fields.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts and security compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
