About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist who is passionate about solving complex data problems and developing cutting-edge solutions. This role requires someone with a strong technical background in data science, with full-stack development exposure from requirement gathering to solution deployment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as an individual contributor and as an active team member.

Key Responsibilities

· Build, optimize, and deploy scalable data models and machine learning pipelines.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions.

· Understands business problems and processes based on direct conversations with customers, can see the big picture, and translate that into specific solutions.

· Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering for large datasets.

· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for data processing and analysis.

· Develop APIs and integrate machine learning models into production systems.

· Work on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to deploy and monitor models.

· Actively participate in team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.

· Manage client discussions actively and Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or master's degree in Metallurgy, mechanical, or a related field from IIT, NIT or top university.

· 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning.

· Experience in metal industry, manufacturing industry or similar industry exposure

Technical Skills

· Strong Python programming skills with experience in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

· Full-stack development experience (e.g., backend development, REST APIs, front-end integration).

· Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

· Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

· Understanding of MLOps principles and tools for model versioning, monitoring, and deployment

· Familiarity with Kubernetes core concepts like pods, deployments, services, and ingress

· Knowledge of deep learning architectures and techniques for computer vision, NLP, and generative AI

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹692,640.23 - ₹2,218,963.00 per year
