Hiring: Data Integration and Analytics Engineer

Location: Pune (Local candidates preferred)
Experience: 6+ Years
Notice Period: 15-30 days (Max)

We are looking for a Data Integration and Analytics Engineer with experience in Qlik CDC, Kafka streaming, Snowflake DWAAS, Power BI, and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure). This role involves designing and optimizing data pipelines, real-time data streaming, and analytics solutions to provide business insights at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) using Qlik CDC or similar tools.
• Integrate and process real-time data using Kafka and Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards for business insights.
• Work with GCP/Azure to build secure and scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and compliance with best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in data integration, analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik CDC, Kafka, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with GCP/Azure and cloud-based data architectures.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Apache Kafka and real-time streaming.
• Cloud certifications (GCP/Azure Data Engineer).
• Knowledge of Apache Airflow or similar data orchestration tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
