Responsibilities:
- Simplify and automate reporting / data processing
- Conduct root cause analysis to uncover underlying data patterns.
- Create complex visualizations to illustrate key data insights.
- Collaborate closely with business units to identify data needs.
- Optimize data processing pipelines for efficiency.
- Participate in feature engineering for improved model performance.
- Implement advance data science techniques such as AI and ML wherever applicable
- Mentor junior data scientists and share knowledge within the team.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Proficient in conducting complex data analyses.
- Machine Learning: Practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms and applications.
- Python and R: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with R for statistical computing.
- Data Visualization Tools: Skilled in using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- SQL and NoSQL: Advanced querying skills for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Predictive Analytics: Applying predictive analytics for business insights.
- Communication: Effective communication of complex data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Strong team collaboration skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
