Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM and ERP systems to ensure efficient data flow and automation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for tracking performance, agent KPIs, and provider reports.
• Implement Smartsheet workflows for training, reporting, and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system enhancements.
• Work on admissions dashboards to track visa rejections, COEs, application conversions, and ensure dynamic data sourcing from Smartsheet.
• Coordinate with vendors for API integrations and system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols, automation best practices, and business requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, CRM, and Data Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with StudyLink, Power BI, Smartsheet, and automation tools.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data transformation and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders across global teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
