Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our security team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cybersecurity processes, customer management, and threat mitigation strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies. The candidate should be capable of leading and mentoring junior cybersecurity team members, handling cybersecurity projects independently, and effectively interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations & Incident Management:

· Monitor security events and respond to incidents in a timely manner.

· Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security risks.

· Investigate and analyze security threats, recommending corrective actions.

· Assist in managing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.

Process & Compliance Management:

· Implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CERT-In guidelines.

· Conduct risk assessments and security audits to maintain a secure IT environment.

· Support regulatory and compliance audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Customer & Stakeholder Management:

· Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand security requirements.

· Provide security consulting and recommendations to customers.

· Develop security awareness programs and training for employees and clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Technical Security & Innovation:

· Assist in configuring and managing firewalls, endpoint security solutions, and IAM tools.

· Research and implement the latest security technologies and trends.

· Support cloud security initiatives across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.

· Lead and mentor junior cybersecurity team members, providing guidance and technical expertise.

· Independently handle cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

· Certifications (Preferred): CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP (Associate Level), CISM, CCSP.

· Technical Skills: Knowledge of security frameworks, firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, endpoint security, and cloud security tools.

· Industry Exposure: Experience in IT services, BFSI, Healthcare, or related industries is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
