Sr. Cloud Solution Architect

Objective 1(Account / Project Specific KPI)-Revenue Oriented : Revenue Growth /business & retention of the existing revenue/ revenue realization as per the projected project plan through Is able to design, analyse, visualize and communicate complex issues in conjunction, able to communicate with, interview and inspire stakeholders like future users with ideas and exemplary solutions.

He will act as a broker/bridge between the Sales ,Delivery & the client team (specifically technical stakeholders) to get the specified requirements. Is able to develop various strategic scenarios and to submit proposals to the board and management. Creates and maintains domain architectures such as: enterprise, governance, business, information, application and technical architecture designs and project starts architectures (PSA).

KRA under Objective 1 : Drive new business in Allianz for adding new revenue streams through cross-sell/ up-sell of our services and ensuring on client satisfaction on the ongoing large Migration projects

Target : Current Service revenue in Allianz is projected as 1.6Mil USD which is part of the current DC Exit project of 1500Vms, in Phase 2 & 3 more than 20k Servers are expected to be migrated to cloud in next 2 years,

Objective 2: Lead Presales & Delivery of Large Migration Projects for Europe & US

Provides leadership to define the core technologies necessary to meet client needs including development tools and methodologies, package solutions, systems architecture, security techniques, and emerging technologies, across different uses around Migrations,Modernizations & Data Analytics.

KRA under Objective 2 : Develops and maintains architecture blueprint for identified portfolio of use cases related to a value stream or a set of business or technology capabilities in MiMO - App Mod, DB Mod & Rehost Migrations.

MAP : LZ Architectures, BCP- DR,

App- MOD : Containerization (Kubernetes/ DOCKERS)

DB MOD : Dot Net/Windows Modernization, Commercial to Open Source.

Target : Deliver /Support for at least 2 Large DC exit projects in a year which has a potential services revenue of 3 to 5 Mil USD ( Platinum/ Gold Account category)

Objective 3 : Excellence - Solutioning and Documentation

The quality of the Deliverables should meet the sign-off criteria of the client/AWS.

• Solution Design and relevant documentation covering landing zone / HLDs / LLDs
• Support & drive Artefact Library & repeatable assets creation for Migration & Modernisation projects
• Application Design documentation for all the applications in scope for migration.
• Handover documentation to SME or to the corresponding POD leads.
  
  

Objective 4 : Technical & Presales leadership for GCC accounts ( Supporting Sales on the GCC Accounts)
