We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable insights, drive data-backed decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure business objectives align with company goals.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for business challenges.
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and tools by providing business insights and ensuring smooth adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and training sessions to align business goals and project outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working with product and engineering teams is a plus.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in the tech startup space or a social media domain is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics tools.
