Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (FRD, BRD).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) using Scrum.
• Manage backlogs and sprints effectively using Jira.
• Identify process improvements and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Expertise in creating FRDs, BRDs, and user stories.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.).
• Agile/BA certifications (CSPO, CBAP, etc.).
