Overview
Job Summary
Consultant with 2 to 3 years of experience in HR/HCM module development. Ability to understand the functional requirements directly from Users/Clients and translate them to technical specifications. Will have to closely work with functionals in solution development, testing and deployment tasks. Will have to involve and contribute in POCs or new competency building developments Should have experience in 1 implementation and support setup Should be able to understand the process knowledge of Development life cycle. Can develop and work with ABAP object and classes, Enhancements (BADI and Exit). Strong experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Exit, Forms and Workflow). Good to have exposure in SAP Web Dynpro + Workflow Perform development or support independently. Provide inputs/support to internal and external teams in addition to timely status updates on all work requests. Willingness to work in shifts. Will be responsible for delivering ABAP development and support related tasks independently. Role involves client facing and hence will be responsible for presenting solution and wining client confidence.
