Sr. Business Analyst – BPO (Pre Sales)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Business Analyst to join our dynamic Pre-Sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our BPO solutions by providing expert analysis and insights to prospective clients. Your deep understanding of BPO processes and technologies will be instrumental in identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and driving successful sales outcomes.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the BPO industry.
· Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our BPO solutions.
· Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
· Analyze client data and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
· Stay abreast of the latest industry developments and best practices in BPO.
· Contribute to the development of new BPO solutions and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, Business Analyst role within the BPO industry.
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Experience with CRM and other business intelligence tools is a plus.

Pay: ?635,039.77 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
