SQL Developer Intern

About the Role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in writing, optimizing, and managing SQL queries and scripts.
• Design and maintain database structures, tables, and relationships.
• Support in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to enhance database performance.
• Help in debugging and troubleshooting SQL-related issues.
• Work on stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions to improve efficiency.
• Document database processes and contribute to best practices.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Familiarity with normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
• Understanding of database security and backup strategies (preferred).
• Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
