Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize database solutions that support business applications and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL programming, database design, and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Design and implement database structures to support application development and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate SQL solutions into applications.
- Maintain proper documentation for database structures, procedures, and processes.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in SQL development and database management.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with stored procedures, triggers, views, and indexing strategies.
- Familiarity with database performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
- Understanding of data modeling, normalization, and relational database design.
- Knowledge of cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
