RWe are looking for a skilled SQL Developer with 2 years of experience to design, develop, and manage database systems that support our applications and business needs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, database optimization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Development:
• Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Develop and maintain database schemas and structures.
• Performance Optimization:
• Analyze query performance and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Implement indexing and other techniques to enhance database performance.
• Data Management:
• Manage and manipulate large datasets to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Ensure data integrity and security.
• ETL Processes:
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical support for database-related issues.
• Documentation:
• Maintain technical documentation for database systems and processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Strong knowledge of database design, normalization, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation is a bonus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SQL development.
• Certification in database technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Associate, Microsoft SQL Server Certification) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in QOL, HR, or a related role.
• Certification in wellness/mental health programs is a plus.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
