### Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer / Application Support Specialist to join our team on immediate basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, application support, and VB.NET programming. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing databases, writing and executing complex SQL queries, supporting applications, and working with third-party integrations to ensure smooth operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

SQL Expertise:

• Write, manage, and optimize stored procedures.
• Create and execute SQL queries based on business requirements.
• Generate and present reports using various reporting tools.
• Ensure efficient database recovery, maintenance, and backups.
• Integrate databases with third-party applications.

Programming Skills:

• Hands-on experience with VB.NET programming.
• Develop, test, and maintain VB.NET applications as per the business needs.

Application Support:

• Provide application support by addressing and resolving issues related to the application performance and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues promptly.
• Ensure the smooth running of applications through continuous monitoring and support.

Microsoft Office:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and use of Office tools for reporting and documentation.

### Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SQL development and application support.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures, queries, and report generation.
• Experience with VB.NET development and support.
• Knowledge of database recovery and maintenance techniques.
• Good understanding of third-party application integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
