We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Text to Speech (TTS) Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background (experience or knowledge) in developing and implementing TTS models specifi cally for automotive voice assistants. Person should be well-versed in the latest advancements in Test to Speech technology, including genera‐tive AI, large language models (LLMs), and next-generation TTS frameworks.

Your Impact:

• Join TTS Team, learning how to create state-of-the-art AI TTS Strengthen Team capa‐bilities for delivering high quality TTS (neural) for both custom and roadmap commitments
• Enable the Team to react faster to customer request for bug analysis and fi xes Contribute to advancing technologies and services by providing input and recommen‐dations from project experiences.
• Collaborate with AI Team and Voices Team members to train AI based TTS system.
• Work in collaboration with customer facing Teams to ensure quality gate keeping via bug analysis
• Analyse data for AI TTS and create simple scripts to categorize/extract info Check data to provide high quality speech base for Neural TTS training Collaborate with engi‐neering Team to ensure timely TTS data release
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• BA/MA in Computational Linguistics, MSc/BSc in Computer Science, or similar
• Education in Digital Signal Processing and Data Processing for Linguistics, Phonology, Phonetics
• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong background in analysing and ensuring quality of datasets
• At ease in a mixed Windows/Linux development environment
• Base scripting and automation skills (Python, Perl, bash, ...)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, level B2 or higher.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Offi ce applications (Excel, PowerPoint, ...)
