Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Speech AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and optimizing speech AI models across tasks such as Speech Recognition, Language Identification, Speaker Verification, Speaker Diarization, and other related speech AI tasks. You should have a deep understanding of speech processing techniques and be proficient in both Conformer and Transformer architectures. Expertise in Python3, PyTorch, ONNX, and containerization tools is essential, along with a strong focus on clean, modular code practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and optimize Speech AI models in various tasks including Speech Recognition, Language Identification, Speaker Verification, and Speaker Diarization.
* Implement and fine-tune Conformer, Transformer, and other state-of-the-art neural network architectures for speech processing.
* Work with Python3, PyTorch, ONNX, and other related technologies for model building and deployment.
* Debug and troubleshoot issues in Torch, TensorFlow, and speech AI model servers.
* Optimize and deploy models using ONNX and other optimization tools to ensure high performance and scalability.
* Follow standard best practices for modular and clean code.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments.
* Work with version control systems like Git and utilize containerization for smooth deployment.
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of hands-on experience with Speech AI models and architectures like Conformer and Transformer.
* Proficiency in Python3, Torch, ONNX, and model optimization techniques.
* Deep understanding of speech processing concepts.
* Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and version control systems like Git.
* Ability to debug and solve issues in Torch, TensorFlow, and model servers.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and clean coding practices.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with speech AI model servers.
* Familiarity with large-scale model deployment and optimization techniques.
