Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for Power BI publishing issues on Power BI On-premise and Power BI Services
- Collaborate with Power BI users to understand and resolve Power BI needs and issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Power BI publishing issues
- Create and maintain documentation for Power BI support procedures
- Animate Power BI trainings
- Provide guidance and support to Level 1 support team members on Power BI publishing issues
- Organize Power BI Corner with other teams to integrate Power BI to promote the Power BI Offer
- Provide regular reports on Power BI usage and monitoring ( Numbers of users/ workspaces)
- Follow the Power BI Capacity Premium usage
Profile required
Experience: 3-5 Years
- Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Power BI Support Level 2 professional to join the team in Bangalore.The candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for Power BI issues on both Power BI On-premise and Power BI Services, as well as monitoring and managing the Power BI offering support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development / support
- Strong understanding of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server
- Knowledge of DAXStrong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
- PowerShell , and other scripting languages like python is a plus
- CICD knowledge is a plus
