Software Tester Trainee

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tester Trainee(Female) to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have completed a certification or training program (minimum 6 months) in Software Testing / Quality Assurance and possess strong communication and documentation skills. This role is a great opportunity for freshers who want to begin their career in software testing and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

- Document and report bugs and issues using appropriate tools.

- Work closely with developers to replicate and resolve issues.

- Participate in team meetings and understand project requirements.

- Maintain clear and concise documentation of testing activities

.- Learn and follow company QA processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Completed a certification or 6-month training in Software Testing / QA.

- Basic knowledge of manual testing techniques and SDLC/STLC.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good documentation and reporting skills.

- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast

-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar

.- Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).

- Basic understanding of databases and SQL
