We are looking for a Software Testing & Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our EMR & Hospital Management Software. You will design, implement, and execute test cases, identify bugs, and collaborate with developers to enhance software quality while also acting as a product specialist, engaging with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, track, and report software defects and issues using tools like JIRA.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing features work seamlessly after updates.
• Work with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Product Specialist & Customer Engagement

• Act as a bridge between end-users (healthcare professionals) and developers, ensuring the product meets real-world needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations & software training sessions for new clients as required, helping them navigate and effectively use the product.
• Continuously gather user feedback to improve software usability and performance.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and customer workflows to provide expert product insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E., B.Sc., etc.)
• Experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, or Postman.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API testing and performance testing.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Prior experience in EMR, HIMS, or clinic management software is a plus.
• Candidate should have scored 80% above marks in 10, +12, Graduation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
