Software Tester Intern

Overview

Job Overview: As a Software Tester Intern for 3 months with a stipend amount of 5000/month, you will work closely with the testing team to assist in quality assurance (QA) activities. Your role will include executing test cases, identifying bugs, and helping to ensure that our software is fully functional and user-friendly before release. You will gain hands-on experience with manual and automated testing techniques in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of manual and automated test cases.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on software applications.
• Identify, document, and report defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of software and help identify root causes for bugs.
• Report on test progress, issues, and results.
• Contribute to improving the software testing process through feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodology
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
