Software Tester

JOB SUMMARY

As a software tester, you'll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You'll conduct manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users. You'll need to be familiar, or become familiar with, programming and using coding languages.

• .Create and deliver software test plans, test cases and test summary reports
• .Participates in manual testing while adhering to Software QA Governance procedures
• .Execute test cases and analyze results
• .Logging of defects in defect management tool
• .Experience with SQL queries is a must. (e.g. getting data from multiple tables, query related data
• )Report bugs and errors to development teams
• .Help troubleshoot issues
• .Support post-release/ post-implementation testing
• .Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• .Help in Production Deployment and support

Minimum Qualification

• s:Must have a Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree or technical degree from A or B grade colleges with Good academic score
• s.Must have Certification in ISTQB, Six Sigma, Quality Improvement associate, quality auditor, and quality engine
• erMust have at least relevant 6 - 10 years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testin
• g.Must have ample experience in implementing corrective/preventive measur
• esHands-on experience with Selenium and C# for automation testing is desirabl

e.
