Hiring For Software Tester
Position Summary
To verify the quality and functionality of our software products, we are looking for a software tester that is logical and detailed. A good candidate will work with the development team to find errors, make sure the product satisfies specifications, and improve customer satisfaction in general

Key Responsibilities
o Review and analyse requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
o Create comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover functional and non-functional testing.
o Design automated and manual test scripts based on system requirements.
o Execute test cases across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
o Perform functional, regression, performance and usability Testing
o Identify, document, and track bugs and issues in collaboration with the development team.
o Prepare detailed test reports and summaries.
o Work closely with developers, product managers, to resolve issues.
o Provide recommendations for improvements in software usability and functionality.
o Use testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar platforms.
o Ensure test environments are prepared and up-to-date for testing activities.
o Stay updated with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in software testing.
o Advocate for quality within the development process.

Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience
o 1 to 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Technical Skills
o Proficiency in testing methodologies (manual and automated).
o Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
o Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python).
o Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes.
- Soft Skills
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
