Job Location: 7 phase, Mohali

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, test scenarios and bug tracking Documents.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide testing feedback.
• Participate in requirement and design review meetings.
• Ensure the applications meet business and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain test data, and test results documentation.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide necessary documentation and assistance.
• Must know best testing techniques for the software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a QA Tester with expertise in manual testing.
• Having knowledge in automation testing is a Plus.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and agile processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Mon – Fri
• 9:30 am – 6:30 pm

Location:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Software testing: 1 year (Required)
• Total work: 1 year (Required)
