Software Tester

Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team in the Computer Software industry. As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough testing, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and analyze results to identify bugs and issues
• Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved and fixes are implemented
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases and results
• Perform compatibility testing across multiple platforms and operating systems
• Conduct regression testing to ensure software changes do not impact existing functionality
• Participate in design and specification reviews to provide input on testability and quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and testing methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Familiarity with agile development processes
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise bug reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Azure Devops (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
