Software Tester

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software defects before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand technical and functional design requirements.
• Develop and execute test cases, use cases, and test plans for both web-based and mobile applications.
• Utilize testing tools such as Bugzilla, Jira, and security testing tools to track and report issues.
• Conduct performance analysis, including page speed reviews and security assessments.
• Perform stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing.
• Ensure compliance with development deadlines and schedules while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with system users to gather business requirements and define testing strategies.
• Continuously monitor applications and software systems to identify potential issues.
• Document test results and provide detailed reports for troubleshooting and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with security and performance measurement tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic work environment.
• Sound knowledge of current IT industry trends and best practices.
• Goal-oriented mindset with professional maturity, integrity, and discipline.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
