Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Tester with a strong background in manual and automation testing, along with expertise in AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring software quality, leading a testing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automation testing, including functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing for web and mobile applications.
• Work on AI-driven projects, fine-tuning small language models and optimizing AI agent workflows.
• Lead a small to mid-size team, managing test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and AI engineers to improve product functionality.
• Maintain test cases, test data setup, and execution, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Identify potential roadblocks, proactively address issues, and report progress to the QA Manager.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, testing methodologies, and emerging automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience, with at least two years in AI-driven projects involving ChatGPT, AI agents, or data science.
• Strong knowledge of AI agent frameworks such as Autogen, Langflow, and OpenAI Swarm.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise data architecture.
• Proficiency in manual and automation testing, including test case preparation and execution.
• Hands-on experience in API testing, database testing, and automation frameworks (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Backlog Management.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior testers and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
