Software Test Engineer

Overview

About the role:

We are looking for a Software Testing responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the client. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the client end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

• Highly adaptable to change
• Unit Testing, Black-Box Testing, White-Box Testing, Automation, Testing Tools, Fast Learner
• Proactive self-starter who can work effectively individually and with project team members
• Excellent verbal, written presentation communication skills
• Proven experience as a QA, tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr, LoadRunner), Jira, Rational and SQL
• Attention to detail
• Regression Testing and Testing Automation
• Extensive Use of Testing Tools and QA Reporting
• Angular 7, PHP 7, Python, .NET, MS SQL, MySQL
• Strong JavaScripts JQuery
• Experience with AWS cloud services will be a bonus.
• Mobile Device App Performance Testing
• Skills: SCRUM Framework, AGILE Development Met

What You Will Be Doing:

• Write User Persona, Use Cases, Test cases
• Code Quality Assurance
• Perform Unit Test, Integration Test
• DB Stress Test, Injection Test Performance Test
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Business Teams to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute Use Cases and Test Cases (manual or automated) and Analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle.
• Assure Product Quality Deliveries with Release Plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
