Job Title: Manual QA Engineer
Experience: 4-5 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications through structured testing methodologies, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure application compatibility.
- Verify fixes and perform retesting before software releases.
- Work closely with automation teams to support test case execution and ensure smooth test transitions.
- Prepare test reports and documentation to summarize test results and findings.
- Ensure compliance with best QA practices, industry standards, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Hands-on experience with test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
- Expertise in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with API testing using tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL queries for database validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
