Lead I - Product Engineering

The Opportunity:
- Strong Engineering Change Management (ECM) Background Strong Product Structure Tree Knowledge, Experience in Creating Option Classes, etc.
- Preferred Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, Macros, etc.,) and Tableau Preferred Working Knowledge of Scripting Language, e.g., Python etc.
- Prior Experience Working in Global Teams and Interfacing with Multiple Stake Holders
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- The Ability to Interact with Extended Teams World Wide Self-Motivated and Willing to Learn New Skills and Technologies as Required Ability to Meet Objectives, Goals and Deadlines with Minimal Supervision General Knowledge Software Control System Architecture Preferred Experience and Educational
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Product Line Management (PLM) Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Higher, MBA Preferred
- Roles and Responsibilities: SW Product Life Cycle Management Manage System Configuration, Product Structure, Option Tree and Customer Application Packages
- Manage SW Life Cycle for Third Party SW and Applied Materials SW Manage SW Product Release for Common and BU Specific SW Management SW Data Base and Data Reporting Manage/Track Software Requests (SRs) with SW Data Base Infrastructure Team Participate in SW Data Base SR Testing and
- Communication of New Capabilities with User Groups as Required Manage SW Data Base SW Release Process Managed SW Data Base User Group Access Control Generate SW Data Base Quarterly Reports for Management
- Responsible for SW Data Base Quarterly Report Data Accuracy Non-Standard Order (NSOs) – Non-Standard Requests (NSRs) Price and Process SW Only NSO-NSRs for Customer SW Orders
- Communicate with Business Units (BUs), Business Management Operations (BMO) to Identify Exact Customer SW
- Requirements Manage NSRs and Accuracy of NSR Bill of Materials (BOMs) Collaborate with BUs on HW/SW NSRs as Required
