Software Manual Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality and quality.
• Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs using our bug tracking system, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
• Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing to verify that existing functionalities work seamlessly after new features are added or issues are fixed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software meets the company's standards of quality and is delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in software testing or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies. Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
