Software Implementation Engineer
ABOUT EBSL AUTOMAT
A Software Implementation Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, configuration, and integration of software solution for our clients. Your primary goal will be to work closely with clients, Project managers, and cross-functional teams to implement our enterprises Apps according to the clients specific requirements. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of our enterprises Apps and the client’s business needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clients Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, workflow, and system integration needs for successful software implementation.
- Integration and Data Migration: Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate data migration and integration with existing systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: conduct through testing and quality assurance of the implemented software to ensure its functionality meets the client’s requirements and adheres to our quality standards.
- Training: Provide training session to end-users and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of software.
- Troubleshooting and support: Act as a primary point of contact of client during and after the implementation phase, addressing any issue and challenges that arise and providing timely support.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, configuration and troubleshooting steps.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices and contributing to the enhancement of implementation of methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Implementation Experience: Prior experience in software implementation, configuration, and integration projects, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Customer-Focused: A strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Minimum Development Experience: Python/Oddo of 1 years.
- 1 years minimum experience working with PostgreSQL.
- Excellent in Python Programming language
- Good Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu).
- Good knowledge of Git.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Oddo, Python
- Q-Web Reports
- Experience with Team Collaboration and version control system like Git.
- Web Services (REST/SOAP)
