What You Will Be Doing

• Harness sophisticated RAG vector stores and analysis tools to swiftly identify, diagnose, and resolve product defects
• Orchestrate AI development agents to conceptualize, build, and deploy breakthrough features for cloud-optimized applications
• Work seamlessly with our international team to create enterprise-caliber solutions that exceed expectations

Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Create and integrate AI-powered features that optimize workflows and equip service providers with next-generation tools
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Genuine AI-First Philosophy (candidates who write code manually first and only use AI as an afterthought need not apply)
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience, with emphasis on server-side web application production code
• Proven track record developing mission-critical B2B software solutions
• Demonstrated proficiency with cloud-native and serverless architectures, particularly within AWS environments
• Professional expertise using GenAI coding assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev
• Verifiable success implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable quantitative impact

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
