What You Will Be Doing

• Employing analysis tools and RAG vector stores to swiftly identify, diagnose, and rectify product defects and bugs.
• Harnessing AI development agents to craft, develop, and launch groundbreaking features for cloud-native applications.
• Collaborating with a diverse global team to deliver top-tier, enterprise-grade solutions.

Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven features to streamline processes and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.
  
  

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Approach (if your instinct is to code first and then utilize AI tools for verification, rather than starting with AI, please do not apply)
• 4+ years of experience in software development, specializing in production code for server-side web applications
• Proven experience in developing reliable B2B software applications
• Hands-on expertise in cloud-native development or serverless architectures, particularly using AWS
• Professional experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Experience in successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative outcomes

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
