We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Software Maintenance Technical Support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for software applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze and enhance existing software systems, implementing improvements and optimizations.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to software support processes and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and maintenance.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and maintenance, with a focus on Java and Oracle technologies.
• Proficiency in Java and Oracle technologies.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies 
• Strong understanding of the BFSI domain and its specific software requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
