Job Summary
NetApp® BlueXP™ is a robust platform delivering unified experience for storage and data services across on-premises and cloud environments. It enables operational simplicity through the power of AIOps, with the flexible consumption parameters and integrated protection required for today’s cloud-led world.
As a Software Engineer in this group, you will be part of a team actively participating in product development and strategy execution. In addition, you will participate in activities that include testing and debugging operating systems that run NetApp storage applications. As part of the Research and Development function, the overall focus of the group is on competitive market and customer requirements, supportability, technology advancements, product quality, product cost and time-to-market. Software engineers focus on enhancements to existing products as well as new product development.
Job Requirements
Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in developing Web applications using React & its ecosystem, JavaScript, Typescript and frameworks.- Experience in developing micro-services using GoLang, NodeJs, MogoDB.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes & docker solutions.
- Experience in developing common UI components & libraries in React.
- Working knowledge of Cloud technologies, Web Accessibility is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in design patterns and architectural patterns.
- Deep understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures, software design and standard programming practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards.
- Creative approach to problem solving.
- Experience with MongoDB Cloud technologies, Web Accessibility is an added.
Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience and must be hands-on with coding.
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or a Master Degree or equivalent experience is required.
