Role Description:

· Design the software system, describing the specifications in technical terms:

o Select algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used.

o Identify and manage dependencies with other components.

o Document these selections in a PES (Product Enhancement Specification Document)

• Develop and implement new functionalities described in PES:

o Code, compile and run unit tests according to Implement processes and Metrics

o Check the progress of dependencies with other components.

• Ensure knowledge sharing within the team about the developments.

• Regularly run lessons learned and RCA to identify areas for code quality or software performances improvement.

• Propose solutions to resolve quality issues (backlog management)

• Technological intelligence:

o Keep abreast of the latest technological developments, understand the requirements of our development partners, know about competing products, look ahead for future products, technologies, languages, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science/IT, or equivalent.

• Solid programming skills with Core JAVA, and C++.

• Clear understanding of data structures & algorithms.

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

• Curiosity and a desire to learn new concepts and skills.

• Possess an inquisitive and detail orientated mindset.
